Query about M.Phil allowance

I am M.Sc (Hons) in agriculture (the degree is equal to M.Phil) and currently in 2015 selected as Senior Elementary School Educator (SESE-Science BPS# 14) in education department Punjab, on contract basis initially for a period of 5 years. Am i eligible to apply for M.Phil allowance?

Bro are you MSc or MS Holder? MS is equivalent to M.Phil but MSc is not.

We are directed by DEO Office that the selected candidate s who have taken benfit of M.phil study in merit list they can not get M,phil allowance, is there any notification about it?

musajan bro are you also agrarian MSc(hons)agri? and what you said about response of DEO office i dnt think so that it is a condition to get benefit of m.phil at only one site i.e in merit list or pay. suppose a person is promoted and given higher grade due to his higher qualification (m.phil or phd) among the participants/ competitors then what you think, that person will not be given the allowance of his higher qualification?

Bro only in some districts of punjab educators getting M.phil allowance not all over punjab, the districts which not giving M.phil allowance they says such thing that u got benifit in merit list,u not permanant,Edo is not compitant authority to aprove it.
