I would like to ask from sir Abbasian and Naveed if a person is selected through PPSC and resigns from a post after a few months will ppsc call the next candidate within a year against his/her seat or not? please reply.

Thank you brother,I know that ppsc calls the next candidate in case a person does not join a post but I was amazed how ppsc could call against a seat on which a person had resigned.
