Does MCQ,s paper leaks out 2 or 3 days before actual date of commencement?

Sir some people says that mostly MCQ,s paper leaks(out) 2 or 3 days before actual date of commencement . person Who have resources can clear the paper due to before leakage.
what is truth behind this?

Its Right Bro.. According to my surroundings I know the persons who clear MCQs (ADLR) Test by using unfair means.. ADLR's/Manager Oqaf, E&T Papers was leaked and Most Interesting is that Paper Rate is between 30,000 to 50,000..
Brother Paper is not leaked 2 or 3 days before, It leaked 2 to 3 hours before the start of test or in between test. Answers keys usually send on Mobile and you can easily do Mcqs portion. Coz PPSC has not proper Security System to Capture the mobile phones in Center. U Can easily Write answer's on the Back Side of Roll no: slip and Question papers. Mostly Persons got easily permission of washroom for (Call of Nature). Then only 2 to 3 mints are required to write Answers keys..

I write this only for the purpose of Information. Because its Pakistan and Everything is possible specially we are too forward to use unfair-means at any level of Competitive exams. Only Very lucky persons who are very intelligent and Hardworking got 85+ Marks in Written are call for interview.. and if you got answers keys then u also clear the written test without competition and hardworking Nail biting.

I fully endorse what amish said. I have seen and heard of all the facts stated by amish. On the other hand i wont discourage d candidates who have passed the ppsc exams by their hard work because such candidates who pass d exam by unfair means, they often dont make through the interview. Nobody needs to bother about this issue but one should have a strong belief in Allah and in his own ability.

Employee in DGPR, I am not in the race of PPSC tests (I only appear two time PPSC related test which is our departmental Tests i.e Information Officer, I clear that written as my own ) Anyhow, I want to clear you i not blame all the candidates who pass the written exams.
