bhai ju bnda govt employee ho aur us ny NOC ly kr apply kia ho tu phly department ko koi letter dena parta hai?

yes..jab jab offer of appointment milta hay to ..banda ko apnay department ko relieveing k lye apply karna chahey..application alongwith noc and offer of appointment of new deprtment..you will get reliving order and lpc ..and when u will give joining to new deptt. then submit relieving order along with lpc..and submit your old medical certificate..no need of fresh medical again..
