SENIORS TEL ME WHY THERE IS STOPAGE OF NEW JOBS IN 2013 BY PPSC ????

Dear there is no stopage of new jobs by PPSC/Commission. Only Departmental selection or through District Committee is banned for time being. PPSC will carry on its selection process. Thanks

Plz, Naveed bhai and other seniors guide me about study leaves of Govt. Employee.
After 5 year one can avail study leave. Does this regular period of service or contract plus regular? If I have 1 year contract and 4 year regular service then can i avail study leave with full pay?
