PLEASE TELL WHEN WE HAVE TO SUBMIT HARD COPY OF ONLINE FORM. AFTER 5 SEPTEMBER OR BEFORE.IS LAST DATE OF HARD COPY SUBMISSION IS 12 SEPTEMBER.PLEASE GUIDE THANKS.

can anyone tell me that have we to sign on the picture on front and back which we have to paste on the Hard Online Copy?

You can send the hard copy to PPSC office any time before 12/09/2011

do we have to paste pic on printed filled form??? i thnk the pic is already on form when we print it. what about urs???

If the pic is not appearing on the form then paste otherwise no need to be pasted

i am having problem that pic is not shown on the printed hard copy. my question was that have we sign across the pic?front and back.?the pic we have to paste there.Look at the Attachment and kindly tell me

Yes u have to paste the pic on from and sign across on it at front ,You also email your pic to given email address .
