in most of the jobs relating to the health, engineering etc departments ppsc used to take just mcqs type papers but when any job relating to law adverstised ppsc takes full subjective papers of 3 hours. why this discriminating behaviour of ppsc with advocates? and it is demanding fee of 700 intead of 400.
kya lawyers itne he free hotey hain ke already parh parh ker 3 years bad apni degree complete karen aur phir ppsc ke lambay lambay subjective papers ki tayari karen. please any member who know the basic reason behind this plz share ur information?

Why PPSC takes subjective papers from lawyers?

Re: Why PPSC takes subjective papers from lawyers?
The syllabus of the papers has been designed/proposed/approved by the concerned departments in most posts relating to Law e.g. Civil Judges, Inspector Legal, ADPP, DDPP, Asstt. Distt. Attorney etc. In the presence of approved syllabus and mode of examination provided by the department, PPSC is bound to comply with their instructions.zerogravity wrote:in most of the jobs relating to the health, engineering etc departments ppsc used to take just mcqs type papers but when any job relating to law adverstised ppsc takes full subjective papers of 3 hours. why this discriminating behaviour of ppsc with advocates? and it is demanding fee of 700 intead of 400.

In other posts, where the department does not specify the mode of examination or syllabus, PPSC is free to hold the examination/test on its discretion.
