1). Expected No. of Posts for Females/Males
2). Date of advertisement/Test etc
3). Paper pattern ? (I think last time it was one paper exam having MCQS related to subject only)

To ascertain the situation ... I approached PPSC sources and they confirmed that they haven't received requisitions for the post of Lecturers uptill now.
Furthermore, I recently visited two govt. renowned colleges today at Lahore and met their Principals and Professors of Economics. I am not mentioning their names but they confirmed that Lecturers Recruitment is still in early phase. Parent department is gathering all the relevant data from establishments of the colleges regarding Subject Wise Vacancy position, STR (Student-Teacher Ratio) etc. and compiling reports. According to them, the jobs will be advertised within the time span of 02-months and the seats of Lecturer Economics (Male) would be 80+ this time. So, rather waiting for the advertisement of lecturers posts, you people should start preparations to get sure success. Wish you best of luck for your future endeavors.
