Will it(b ed) be essential at the time of interview?whats the fomula of marking?

Its not essential,If u got more marks than a candidate having b.ed then u will b selected.

Its is not essential but try to understand that the advertisement wording
It was clearly mentioned in advertisement ...
If M.A./M.Sc. with B.Ed are not available then M.A./M.Sc. will be appointed by initial recruitment subject to the condition that they shall have to qualify B.Ed. within three years.
