My interview experience of ASJ

Committee headed by Ashraf qureshi.
Advisers were: one DIG from prison department, one mufti, one female psychologist.

Ashraf Qureshi: Your name is zaryab sajid, whats the meaning of zaryab?
me: I said its meaning is one who possesses wealth.
Ashraf: (Chuckle) then you do not need a job. You are wealthy enough. I smiled in return.
Ashraf: So gentleman you have done b.a hons in political science, could you please clarify why Kashmir dispute is lingering since it was presented in UN, while other disputes like Kosovo, Palestine issues and Syria conflicts are keenly observed and heard by the UN. What is the reason? I expect concrete answer from you.
Me: Sir, As we all know that the cases presented under chapter 6 of UN charter are not supposed to be enforceable on either party. While the cases directly presented accordingly to the UN charter chapter 7 are enforceable. Therefore, kashmir dispute was presented by the Pakistani authorities accordingly to the chapter 6 of UN charter while other issues at global level are being presented according to the chapter 7th of UN charter. That is why we witness inordinate delay on the resolutions pertaining to the kashmir issues. (He lauded my answer and nodded as if he is impressed by the answer)
Ashraf: okay. so degree k bad kia krty rhe ho?

Mufti sb: Aik mulk k pass sea ka kitna area hota hai?
Me: 12 aeronautical miles. He praised my answer.
Mufti: Recently Iran k sath hamarey kia issues chal rhe hain.
Me: Sir iranian gurads ko aik proscribe organization kidnap kr k pakistani area me lay ai hai and iran ne abi threat kia hai hamein k they will breach pakistani territory to get back their guards.
Mufti: Pkaistani geographically kahan locate krta hai?
Me: South Asia
Mufti: Kia khatra hai pakistan ko apne neighbours se?
Me: Indian afghanistan me consulates bna rhe hain taky pakistan per nazar rkhein and yahan k notorious elements se milkr pakistan me takhreeb karian kren. Moreover, afghanistan ko security muaida b ni krne de rha afghanistan taky us forces completely nikl jaein afghanistan se and india take over kr sky afghanistan ko. Afghanistan b pakistan k liye masalil ka bayes hai. bht sare talibani factions afghanistan me hain jo indian aima per pakistan me terrorism phelaty hain.

Dig: Jail aur prison me kia fark hai?
Me: I said, jail me undertrial qaidi hoty hain jab k prison me undertrial and condemned dono hoskty hain,

Dig: Sub jail kia hai?
Me: Subjail koi b aisi jaga hoskti hai jisko jail ka darja dia jaskta hai. jese koi ghr ya koi b builiding ko jail ka status mil skta hai. recently musharaf k ghr ko he sub jail declare krdia gaya tha.
Dig: Qaidi bhag jaye to kia hota hai?
Me: I told him the whole process mentioned in the prison rules 1978

Ashraf: So gentleman ASJ ki duties kia hain?
Me: Me ne sb btaein
Ashraf: Afia saddique and shakeel afridi k case me kia farq hai?
Me: me ne ye b in detail discuss kia.
