Why PPSC not uploading interview call letters in time ?

Assalam u alaikum,
why PPSC is so much careless about uploading interview call letters ? Even call letters for interviews going to be held tomorrow has not yet been uploaded .
NTS performing much better atleast in this regard. NTS sends slips by post and candidates mostly receive them atleast 2 or 3 days prior to exam while PPSC has to just upload the slips , and they even can't do it in time.

Is there any female going to appear in chemistry interview at lahore centre tomorrow ?
Has she received any call/SMS/email from PPSC office regarding interview ?
In interview schedule on PPSC's official site , it is still mentioned that interview for the post of lecturer chemistry (female) at lahore centre wil be on 19th and 20th of August , but candidates have no info of their interview day yet . Neither they informed us , Nor is there any notification about postponement of interviews.
Is not it a way to tease the candidates ?
Is there nobody on the forum to give any authentic info ?

So sad. Its the 19th of August and today PPSC has removed the schedule for post of lecturer chemistry female . Could not they remove it yesterday ? What they got by giving severe mental tension to candidates ?
